Job Responsibilities:

Interact with the client for requirement clarification.

Act as the interface between the team and management; set targets and expectations to lead the team.

Have enough design knowledge to engage in discussions with the design team.

Deliver commitments on time; assign tasks fairly per skills and preferences; participate in application development.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


6+ years of experience with JavaScript and React (React.js).

Deep knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages.

Skilled in unit-test creation using React Testing Library; experienced with JSX.

Good command of English; experience in an AWS environment.

Passionate, initiative-taking, ownership mindset; able to work independently and collaboratively; self-starter under minimal supervision.

Working experience using AI tools like Claude, Copilot or similar.


Good to have: CI tools; Docker & Kubernetes.


AI-Assisted Engineering with Claude Code — Mandatory [NEW]

Hands-on, daily proficiency with Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic coding tool) as a core part of the delivery workflow.


Able to run Claude Code both from the command line / terminal and inside an IDE — Cursor, VS Code, or JetBrains — via the Claude Code extension, switching fluidly between the two.


Comfortable driving multi-step work: plan mode, editing across many files, running tests/commands, and reviewing diffs before applying changes.

Familiar with Claude Code skills, subagents, and MCP connectors to extend the tool to project systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, databases, cloud).


Use Claude Code to scaffold and refactor React components and write React Testing Library tests.

Diagnose front-end issues and wire up API integrations with AI assistance, in Cursor/VS Code or the terminal.

Turn design/requirement notes into working, reviewed UI code quickly.
