What You Will Do
- Perform regular maintenance and repair on laboratory equipment and systems.
- Diagnose technical faults, troubleshoot, and carry out necessary repairs.
- Install and commission new equipment, including training personnel.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to customers.
- Accurately record all work performed, including service reports.
- Manage spare parts procurement, replacement, and stock.
- Ensure equipment meets quality standards and compliance regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for equipment delivery and installation.
- Support the sales team through trade fair participation and collaboration.
Your Profile
- Located ideally in the Freiburg (DE) or Vorarlberg (AT) region.
- Completed training in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, or comparable technical qualification.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment, ideally in medical technology or laboratory sector.
- Strong technical aptitude for diagnosing complex systems.
- Self-motivated, solution-focused, with high personal initiative.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and flexibility for customer sites.
- Solid IT proficiency including MS Office, service software, and information systems.
