About the role
About the Internship
Join the Madura Marketing team as an E-Commerce & E-Merchandising Assistant Intern. You will support the Web & E-Commerce Project Manager in the operational management of the website and commercial animation, gaining significant exposure to the challenges of a high-traffic e-commerce site. This internship focuses on operations, e-commerce, and merchandising, with progressive skill development in digital tools and methodologies.
Main Responsibilities
E-commerce & Site Animation:
- Product launches on the e-commerce site: creation, integration, and updating of product pages, managing variants, integrating visuals, and verifying information.
- Contribution to commercial site animation: updating visuals, collections, product highlights, and collection pages.
- Product visual management: organizing, renaming, and integrating product photos on Shopify.
- Content launches: pages, editorial blocks, product content, and optimizing e-merchandising.
- Preparation of commercial operations: private sales, sales, commercial events, and monitoring the commercial animation plan.
- Support for A/B tests and site optimizations: performance monitoring and implementing fixes.
Marketing & Content Coordination:
- Coordination with internal departments: retail, graphic design, acquisition, purchasing, influence, etc.
- Verification of commercial consistency across the website, store displays, newsletters, and acquisition campaigns.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitoring e-commerce performance: sales revenue, conversion rates, top products.
- Assisting in the creation of simple reports.
- E-commerce benchmarks and market best practices.

- AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and analysis
Candidate Profile:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in a Business School, IAE, or University.
- Seeking a 6-month conventional internship.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, the home decoration sector, product presentation, and visual merchandising.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, web, or digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Organized, rigorous, curious, comfortable with digital tools, and proficient in Excel.
- Appreciates concrete, structured, and operational work while understanding business challenges.
