The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across Madecraft’s products and distribution channels. From designing full-funnel campaigns, directing contract agencies, orchestrating collateral development, and influencing product outcomes; you'll have a hand in every step.

Primary Responsibilities
- Define and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key customer segments and platforms.
- Architect full-funnel marketing programs to attract & retain targeted B2B or B2C consumer segments.
- Create and test copy (in collaboration with copywriters) for different mediums, from ad and web copy, to one-pagers and pitches, to slide decks & e-mails.
- Execute and support product launches across multiple business segments and market verticals.
- Partner closely with Sales to develop enablement materials, narratives, and tools that support revenue growth.
- Build and manage demand generation programs (including lead nurturing, campaign strategy, and pipeline acceleration initiatives) to drive qualified pipeline growth across target segments.
- Be the marketing face of use cases for Madecraft - contribute at events or panels on the future of digital education and the evolution of scalable content creation.
- Prepare market sizing and growth analysis for priority business segments.
- Measure and track acquisition and lifecycle journey across different consumer or enterprise-facing products and markets.
- Identify, develop, and execute advertising initiatives to position Madecraft in relevant marketing channels.
- Evaluate and contract strategic agencies to support the larger Marketing vision.
- Contribute to competitive benchmarking and positioning.
- Identify key marketing partnerships and venues/events to build relationships and increase market adoption.
- Provide input into pricing and packaging strategies based on market and performance insights.
- Track product usage to develop targeted programs with the marketing team to maximize cross-portfolio product usage within business segments.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to inform roadmap decisions and improve overall user experience.
- Become a subject matter expert for your area including product, business, and marketing angles.
- Create comprehensive, quarterly GTM plans, execute the plans, and provide meaningful feedback to strengthen future GTM execution.
- Collaborate deeply across multiple teams and disciplines to drive field marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, customer segment or industry marketing
- Proven ability to independently develop and execute GTM strategies
- Experience in B2B/SaaS Marketing
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detailed project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management or workflow automation tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Google Suite
- Demonstrated understanding of instructional design principles and educational technologies
- Familiarity with the L&D, edtech, or digital content space
