About The Role
Join our Melbourne Development Team as a Part-Time Legal Assistant working on a job share arrangement (3 days per week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). You will work closely with senior and junior Development lawyers and an award-winning partner.
- Liaise with clients and partners via email and telephone
- Draft correspondence and Development related documentation
- Coordinate meetings, manage emails and diaries
- Create, edit and format various documents
- Handle time entry, billing preparation, and monthly billing processing
- Open/close matters including filing and archiving
- Perform other general administrative duties

About You
You are a team player with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a private practice law firm. Your strong work ethic, proactive approach, excellent communication and organisational skills will help you thrive in this high-energy environment.
