Job Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you blend effective selling with warm hospitality to meet customer needs. Whether on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you ensure that every customer interaction is meaningful and contributes to achieving sales targets.

Daily Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
• Review sales goals, new arrivals, and current promotions daily.
• Support merchandise moves, update signs, pricing, and recover the floor and fitting rooms.
• Finish each day by ensuring customers leave satisfied and informed about loyalty program benefits.

Requirements

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to meet daily sales goals and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable handling electronic devices and retail technology including POS systems.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25lbs, and perform tasks requiring movement.
