Role Overview

The Senior Consultant - Strategic Enablement will work within the Strategic Enablement, Business Architecture function to define and enhance the operating structure and core business capabilities of the Risk Management Group. This role is key to providing insights that drive informed decision making through the design and improvement of business architecture artefacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize complex business issues.
  • Design and improve operating models and business blueprints.
  • Develop artefacts linking strategic objectives with capability gaps.
  • Engage autonomously with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Partner with business, data, and technology teams.

What You Offer

You bring 3+ years of experience in internal strategy, operations, business architecture or similar roles. Big Four or equivalent consulting background is highly regarded. You are skilled at developing business architecture artefacts, capable of clear communication of complex concepts, and adept at planning and validating workstreams with minimal oversight.
