About Senior Analyst Training Operations

Join our Risk Management Group at Macquarie Group and support effective operations by providing centralised services for strategy, data management, analytics, change, projects, and learning and development. You will be critical in monitoring training escalations and breaches within Macquarie's Governance, Risk and Compliance system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage mandatory training escalations and breaches.
  • Oversee training rollouts including assignments, queries, extensions, and exemptions.
  • Conduct data analysis on training metrics for reporting and audit activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various business units.
  • Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

What You Offer

  • 1-3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication with all stakeholder levels.
  • Leadership skills to guide and support team members.
  • Proven data literacy with experience in multiple data sources.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Alteryx and PowerBI is an advantage.
