Overview
Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management and support the fund service and administration team. This role is key in managing daily operations of investment functions including investment schemes and separately managed client activities.
Role Responsibilities
You will oversee unit pricing daily, monthly and quarterly, including ETFs, review fund distributions and mandate performance. You will also coordinate new fund and client on-boarding, manage fund terminations, and liaise with central product and front office teams including portfolio managers, risk and compliance professionals, and third party custodians. Additionally, you will manage a small team of three junior staff members.
What You Offer
- 5+ years’ experience in fund accounting, fund service or fund administration
- Good understanding of unit pricing, performance and tax distributions
- Knowledge of domestic and international fixed income and equities including ETFs
- Experience in managing direct reports (small team preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
