Overview
Join our Global Voice Services team at Macquarie Group and support enterprise-wide unified communications infrastructure. Work in a multi-talented, diverse team across geographical locations, learning new technologies and managing voice solutions and systems.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Voice Engineer, you will:
- Support day-to-day operations of communication and voice platforms.
- Monitor system dashboards for active alerting systems.
- Action tasks based on event prioritisation.
- Provide first-class support for end-users and stakeholders.
What You Offer
- Bachelor's degree in Networking, Computer Science, Engineering, or Cyber Security.
- Experience in unified communications and/or networking.
- Exposure to cloud voice applications, contact centre applications, and voice routing.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to support 24/7 on-call outages.
- Knowledge of voice recording systems (e.g., Verint v15, VFC, NICE, Dubber) is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud-based UC and calling functionalities.
- Experience in banking or energy trading environments is highly regarded.
