Overview
The Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate Team is a global opportunistic private equity real estate business offering a differentiated approach to real estate investing, with expertise in partnering with specialist operators, managing and investing across a range of 'new economy' real estate sectors and strategies.
Role Summary
As a Junior Associate Real Estate, you will support the acquisition, management, and disposition of real estate investments (direct real estate and platform investments) in the U.S. You will work closely with senior team members on deal sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, and execution of investment opportunities.
What You Offer
- At least 3 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or funds management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Understanding of corporate finance and investment reporting
- Real estate sector experience is advantageous
