About the Role

Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management and support our fund service and administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations that support the Investment Functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review daily, monthly, and quarterly unit pricing including ETFs.
  • Oversee mandate performance and review fund distributions.
  • Prepare funding requirements and yearend tax statements.
  • Manage daily and monthly client reporting including currency overlay.
  • Coordinate new fund and client on-boarding and manage fund terminations.
  • Liaise with portfolio managers, risk, compliance, and third party custodians.

What You Offer

3-5+ years’ experience in fund accounting, fund service, or fund administration. Demonstrated understanding of unit pricing, performance, and tax distributions. Knowledge of domestic and international fixed income and equities including ETFs. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or equivalent is required.
