The Role of a DevOps Engineer
In this role, you will manage and optimize systems across Windows and Linux platforms while ensuring secure coding practices. You’ll automate infrastructure using Python and integrate AWS components, monitoring tools, Docker, and orchestration engines to streamline processes. Additionally, you will handle incident management, participate in team rosters, and take ownership of resolving technical issues promptly.
What You Offer
- 6–8 years of administration experience across Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS components and private cloud infrastructure.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python, including secure coding, library versioning, and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Splunk, Grafana, and basic SQL queries.
- Practical experience with Docker containers, orchestration engines, and Bash scripting for automation and integration.
