About the AI Transformation Manager Role at Macquarie Group

What You'll Do as an AI Transformation Manager
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams across Technology, you will:
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for AI and emerging technology adoption.
- Develop actionable strategies that support long-term business objectives.
- Assist with developing frameworks and insights that guide technology investment.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear recommendations with measurable outcomes.
Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring Macquarie remains agile and competitive in a rapidly changing environment.
What We Look For
We are seeking candidates who offer:
- Proven experience in articulating and delivering AI and emerging technology adoption as an actionable strategic vision that aligns with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to help identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives that deliver sustainable value for a technology organization.
- Strong risk management and governance mindset, coupled with robust quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proven experience working with Product Owners and Engineers across the product lifecycle to deliver transformative technology products with competitive business outcomes.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and able to provide sound recommendations in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Quick to understand and communicate technical concepts and familiarity with IT / Software terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge conventional thinking and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
