About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager High School East is responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence within their territory. You will lead pipeline management efforts, provide data-informed forecasts, and coach your team toward effective opportunity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach sales teams with one-on-one meetings and data analysis.
- Oversee pipeline management to ensure timely progress and goal attainment.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Editorial, and Customer Experience.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the region.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and address at-risk territories.
Collaboration & Planning
Work closely with the Director of High School, Sales Managers, and other cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Participate in regional and national sales meetings, training events, and strategic planning sessions while managing travel and entertainment expenses within budget.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years' experience in Sales.
- Proven experience in people management and coaching.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with Salesforce reporting.
- Preferred experience in publishing, sales management, and adopting emerging sales technologies.
- Candidate must reside within the designated region.
