About the Role

The Administration Officer will provide timely and efficient administrative support in relation to program and support services processes, including overseeing the reception area. This role is part of the NSW Services Unit and reports to the Executive Assistant to the Director of Metro Sydney, Metro North and Metro South.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate II or III in Business Administration
  • Experience in an administrative capacity
  • A strong commitment to customer service and calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills, prioritisation abilities and adherence to deadlines

You Must Have

  • Valid and current Driver's Licence
