Position Summary

The Senior Technical Data Product Manager will drive the data product roadmap in close coordination with data engineering and architecture teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management for Platform & Data, you will work with the VP of Data Engineering, CTO, and technical leads to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and coordinate execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning: Assess legacy systems, shape future state architectures, and develop product roadmaps.
• Execution & Coordination: Drive cross-functional delivery, unblock dependencies, and facilitate decision making.
• Technical Collaboration: Engage with technical teams to translate requirements, enable consumption of platform capabilities, and support technical reviews.

What You'll Work On

You will collaborate on data consolidation, canonical model development, platform modernization including lakehouse adoption, real-time processing, and AI-powered automation to enable efficient data discovery and product team enablement.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in product management roles.
• Previous hands-on experience as a data engineer, data scientist, or analytics engineer.
• Expertise in data architecture, advanced SQL, cloud data infrastructure, and modern data stacks.
• Proven ability to work in matrixed environments without direct authority.

Technical Environment

Work with technologies such as Postgres (Citus), Apache Spark, AWS services, Python, SQL, and evolving data platforms including lakehouse formats and streaming capabilities. The role is technical and expects active use of AI tools.
