Role and Responsibilities
You will support the projects through various stages including design, planning, contractor procurement, construction, and handover. Key tasks include:
- Coordinating with all relevant parties to meet project objectives.
- Conducting research, analysis, and record keeping to support project operations.
- Assisting in managing external consultants and contractors to achieve project KPIs.
- Updating and managing project plans and processes.
- Supporting budget oversight and risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, engineering, or design. They should possess developing experience in managing small projects or elements of larger projects, with an understanding of construction, budgeting, and project management methodologies. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CSCS) and professional memberships (RICS, CIOB, APM, etc.) are an advantage.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
The estimated starting salary is 80,000 USD. Mace supports flexible work arrangements, including part-time and hybrid options, subject to role suitability.
