Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for a Product Line Manager to drive the WaterCARE product line strategic plan in alignment with Global Product Line Managers, Global Strategic Marketing, and the Regional Marketing/Industry Manager. This role supports the Americas commercial team by coordinating technical customer support, managing product harmonization, pricing, and supplier relationships, and delivering technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer support activities and technical services with sales teams.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal manufacturing for optimal product quality and pricing.
  • Provide R&D, formulation support, and manage laboratory activities for the WaterCARE portfolio.
  • Deliver high-level technical support, author technical papers, and represent at trade shows.
  • Create and execute the product rationalization program in alignment with global standards.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Chemistry, Engineering or a related field; 5-8+ years’ experience in industrial wastewater treatment or chemical metal finishing in a technical or managerial role.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents and business journals.
  • Experience in practical problem-solving in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Skilled in presenting to internal teams, customers, and industry groups.
