Overview

The Business Analyst Senior role at Maarut Inc supports the JTS IT Project Manager and team by gathering business requirements and creating solution design documents.

Scope & Deliverables

  • Develop Functional and System Requirements
  • Create Process Flow Mapping, Traceability Matrix, Options and Costing Analysis
  • Prepare Business Case and Documentation including Use Cases, Current State / GAP Analysis
  • Draft Final Logical/Physical Data Model, Data Dictionary, and CRUD Matrix
  • Assist in Enterprise Architecture artifact review and system/user interface design modifications
  • Support testing team and documentation of test scenarios and defect resolutions
  • Research government or COTS systems for client needs
  • Interface with program area staff ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience with Mission Critical applications such as OTIS
  • Management of technical teams using Azure Cloud, Mobile tech, .Net, Oracle, SQL Server
  • Expertise in risk management and rollout strategies for Mobile solutions
  • BABOK certification or familiarity with BABOK concepts
  • Proficiency with .NET technologies, MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Java/Oracle, and Team Foundation Server
  • Strong skills in business process analysis, modelling and communication
  • Experience in public sector environments is a plus
