Product Designer UX/UI
As a user-centric Product Designer with a profound focus on usability and customer needs, you will be a pivotal member of our delivery team at M3. You will collaborate with Product Managers, conduct user interviews, and work closely with internal stakeholders to craft intuitive and effective user experiences. Your expertise will guide solutions that delight our customers.
Essential Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and constraints.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand customer needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Adobe XD and similar tools.
- Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide guidance during implementation.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the product lifecycle.
- Conduct usability testing and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Education and Experience
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating problem solving through intuitive design, proficiency with design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma), and effective collaboration skills are essential. Experience with usability and A/B testing is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, occasional travel, and physical ability to lift light items are required. Office attendance is expected with flexibility for remote work during emergencies.
