As a Global Associate OHS Consultant, you will provide project-based consulting services to clients in global occupational health and safety (OHS) practices, ensuring compliance with international standards. Responsibilities include OHS audits and assessments, creating and implementing OHS management systems, delivering training programs tailored to client needs, and offering professional guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to enhance OHS performance and support the adoption of scalable compliance solutions.Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems and associated regulatory frameworks.
- Experience conducting OHS-related audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
- Proficiency in delivering training programs and workshops on OHS standards and best practices.
- Skills in client consultancy, including tailoring compliance strategies and solutions to organizational needs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CRSP, CHSC or equivalent, are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in international or multi-sector environments is an advantage.
