About Lytx
Are you ready to drive excellence in Client Success at a leading video telematics company? At Lytx, as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - Customer Growth, you will transform how we leverage Customer Success platforms to drive retention, expansion, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning and Data Management: Define program goals with measurable KPIs, build data models to track progress, uncover risks and provide mitigation recommendations that impact Renewal and Expansion ARR. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and develop a comprehensive roadmap for CS platform evolution.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with executives, department heads, and end-users to ensure alignment and transparency, facilitating effective communication across teams.
Customer Focused: Build impactful client touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle, coordinating with subject matter experts to execute and manage customer playbooks.
Ongoing Management: Lead change initiatives regarding systems adoption, drive prioritization for tool improvements, and manage reporting. Administer Totango and perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with five+ years of experience managing technology platforms, ideally in Customer Success or Revenue Operations. Hands-on experience with Totango and Salesforce is preferred along with proficiency in SQL. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, combined with a strategic mindset and strong analytical problem solving.

Salary & Incentives
The expected hiring salary range is $103,000 to $131,000 with eligibility for an incentive compensation plan.
