The Role
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will join the Analytics Chapter and work closely with Product stakeholders to drive impact through experimentation. This role involves mentoring other analysts, designing experiments, and collaborating with Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve Lyst’s experimentation practices.
- Mentor Product Analysts and manage at least one analyst.
- Design and analyze experiments with end-to-end stakeholder guidance.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate data capture.
- Drive Lyst’s data strategy across Product and Analytics.
- Utilize Bayesian and Causal Inference techniques for analysis.
- Apply advanced modeling, SQL, and statistical analysis skills.
- Manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
