Overview
Lynx is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver world-class technical support for our RTOS, embedded hypervisor, and graphics solutions. This is a remote role in the US reporting to the Director of TAM’s.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary technical contact, investigate and resolve complex technical issues, and document issues using the support system.
- Technical Expertise: Provide advanced support for embedded RTOS, Type 1 hypervisors, and POSIX-compliant systems coupled with troubleshooting on embedded Linux.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product Management; improve documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues and contribute to automated test frameworks and diagnostic tools.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience in embedded software development or support, strong understanding of embedded RTOS, Type 1 hypervisors, POSIX environments, and proficiency in C/C++.
Preferred: Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or industrial control systems, knowledge of memory partitioning, and familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash) and debug tools.
