Job Responsibilities

• Function independently with high initiative while meeting short and long term goals.
• Quickly gain understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics and practice settings.
• Comprehend and communicate scientific and technical medical information effectively.
• Develop and execute territory business plans and achieve consistent sales growth.
• Promote products ethically within compliance and approved marketing strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and their staff.

Required Experience and Skills

• Sales ability and some sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex medical information.
• Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
• Documented leadership and effective organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
