About the role
eClinicalWorks Analyst Administrator
Hit the ground running in a high-impact, fully remote role supporting a fast-paced healthcare environment. This contract-to-perm opportunity (3+ months) offers the chance to showcase your eCW expertise while enjoying flexibility — work from anywhere in the U.S.
What You'll Do
Own the daily health of the eClinicalWorks platform. You'll monitor and resolve interface issues (ADT, DFT, Lab, Rad, DEX), troubleshoot ERX and eClinicalTouch problems, and keep the interface dashboard, fax outbox, and patient portal running smoothly. From diagnosing ECW performance issues to resolving jellybeans/work queue mismatches — your fingerprints will be on critical system stability every day.
You'll also be the go-to expert for end users: resetting passwords, managing security and folder access, correcting patient demographics, merging duplicate records, updating pharmacies, and adding referring providers. If something's broken, you fix it. If users are stuck, you unblock them.
