The Experience Design Center, part of the IT department, serves as a central hub supporting LVMH Group and its Maisons in crafting exceptional digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, internal tools, and innovative services. The center operates across three key areas: Design Strategy (defining product vision and user needs), UX Research (understanding user behaviors and needs), and UX/UI/Product Design (creating intuitive and elegant interfaces). Job Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Product Designer, you will be an integral part of the LVMH Experience Design Center, contributing to the group's digital experiences through design, research, and cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Design & UI Creation: Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups, primarily using Figma, ensuring interfaces are elegant, intuitive, and consistent with the LVMH brand aesthetic.
• Digital Accessibility: Collaborate with the Digital Accessibility Center to apply accessibility principles, ensuring inclusive digital experiences for all users.
• UX Research: Support qualitative research efforts, including user interviews, observations, and usability testing. Analyze findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for design decisions. This may involve creating personas, journey maps, and strategic design briefs.
• Workshops & Collaboration: Participate in co-design workshops and collaborative sessions with internal stakeholders and various Maisons.
• Experience Design Community: Contribute to the management of the Experience Design community by assisting with event planning, presentation materials, and content creation.
• AI & Emerging Design Tools: Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools to support brainstorming, ideation, UX/UI design, research, and prototyping processes.
• Knowledge Sharing: Write and publish articles related to Experience Design on the LVMH intranet.

Profile

Education and Background

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or related design fields.
• A passion for user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills, an understanding of art direction, and creativity.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, with a keen eye for visual detail, typography, and color theory.
• Understanding of UX research methods and interface design principles.
• Basic skills in UX/UI/Product Design, including knowledge of UX Laws, Design Systems, Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is advantageous.
• Ability to develop and adhere to visual brand guidelines to maintain LVMH's luxury aesthetic.
• Experience with or strong curiosity about AI-powered design tools and their application in the design process.
