Job Description
The Business Manager will ensure that the Boutique achieves its annual sales plan through strategic planning, efficient team management, and operational excellence within the retail environment at Epcot and the Summer Lace Boutique, while also supporting other programs across the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee retail sell-thru and promotional program execution, following guidance from the National Sales Director and Disney.
- Drive individual and Boutique productivity through team recruitment, training, and motivation.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and compliance with payroll budgets, while coordinating with Disney HR.
- Implement client registration, training programs, visual merchandising, and promotional event management.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain stock, image standards, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management; experience at a Boutique or freestanding store.
- Previous Business Manager, Sales, or Training experience; Disney background preferred.
- Passion for the Guerlain brand and ability to inspire the team and clientele.
- Strong communication, recruitment, team-building, and analytic skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and multilingual abilities preferred.

This job description is intended to cover the core accountabilities of the position and is subject to change. Guerlain, part of LVMH Inc., uses a published salary range as a guideline; however, pay may fall outside the $70,000-$75,000 range based on expertise and performance.
