About the Role

As a Remote MEP Owners Rep at LVI Associates, you will serve as the client's trusted advisor. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the lifecycle of mission-critical projects, working remotely with periodic site visits every 4-6 weeks to ensure quality, compliance, and coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the owner's interests across all MEP disciplines during design, construction, and commissioning.
• Review and coordinate design documents, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between design teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with project goals during periodic visits.
• Provide technical guidance and risk mitigation strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in MEP project delivery. Experience in owner's representation or consultancy roles is crucial. A background in MEP systems with a preference for Data Centers, Semiconductor or Manufacturing Facilities, Health Care/Life Sciences, or Federal/Education Projects is highly regarded. Strong communication, coordination, and the ability to work independently remotely are essential.
