About the role
About Luvna
Luvna is building the ultimate infrastructure for the animal ecosystem in Spain. We are not an awareness campaign; we are pure technology (real product) connecting shelters, people, and resources.
The Challenge: "Design and Connect"
We are looking for a hybrid profile capable of creating visual content that explains the system and, at the same time, managing relationships with content creators who will disseminate it. We don't want someone who waits for orders, but someone who proposes, designs, and closes collaborations.
Your Mission in 2 Blocks:
- Visual Content (50%): Translate Luvna's strategy into visual pieces (carousels, posts, reels) that organize and explain. We are not looking for "pretty" design, but useful, clear, and actionable design.
- Influencer Outreach (50%): Identify, contact, and close collaborations with like-minded profiles. Manage the pipeline from start to finish (briefing, follow-up, and publication).
Responsibilities
- Create social media assets following the defined brand system.
- Identify influencer/creator profiles aligned with the "Cero Postureo" tone.
- Manage direct communication with them and ensure pieces are published on time.
- Simply report what is working and what is not.
Ideal Profile
- Natural Doer: You handle design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) with agility and are not afraid to close deals.
- Visual Criterion: You understand that less is more and that readability matters more than decoration.
- Extreme Organization: Ability to manage a Notion or Excel for collaborations without missing a detail.
- Commitment to Impact: You are moved and live the animal cause, but treat it with the professionalism of a technological product.
Conditions and Future
- Month 1 (Trial): Mutual validation of pace, communication, and results.
- Month 2 onwards: If there's a fit, an agreement for future financial benefits will be defined once the project generates income or secures an investment round.
