LUV Car Wash, founded in Sept 2021, has rapidly grown to over 70 locations across 6 states including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are seeking a Service Advisor to help drive our mission of becoming the best car wash in the industry.

Reporting & FLSA

This role reports to the General Manager and is classified as Non-Exempt.

Essential Functions

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience.
• Demonstrate relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Stay updated on company policies via approved communication channels.

Physical Demands & Requirements

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions and stand for long durations.
• Maintain a friendly & courteous attitude while working with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.

Skills

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in membership sales. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
