Role Summary

The Real Estate Analyst plays a key role in developing, communicating, and executing the company vision through data-driven decision-making. You will partner with various teams to provide financial analyses, modeling, and portfolio management that support store openings, renovations, and market expansion strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Model pro-forma appraisals, conduct ROI and cash flow analyses, prepare financial summaries, and present portfolio recommendations.
  • Portfolio & Market Management: Analyze market trends, evaluate store-level performance, and support renovation and expansion decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Leasing, Design, Construction, and Finance teams for effective capital planning and lease management.
  • Process Improvements & Data Management: Drive enhancements in real estate data flow, reporting efficiency, and develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

Required: 3-5 years of analytics experience in real estate for retail; strong financial acumen including mastery of Excel/Google Sheets; ability to simplify complex data; excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, and familiarity with real estate software platforms.

Employment Details

This is a Permanent Full Time remote role with frequent travel (1-2 trips per month). Candidates should be located within North America, ideally in the Eastern or Central time zones. Base salary ranges vary by location: Vancouver/Toronto: $82,000 - $92,000 CAD; US Wide: $75,000 - $88,000 USD.
