We are rapidly expanding and seeking a talented individual to manage a portfolio of high-stakes education clients, lead a team of specialists, and significantly impact client growth.

About the Role: Senior Growth Marketer

We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketer for a 100% Remote position. This role is ideal for someone who can:

  • Turn around underperforming ad accounts with ease.
  • Articulate complex marketing metrics like CPL, ROAS, and creative strategy to diverse audiences, instilling confidence.
  • Translate emerging trends, like a TikTok trend, into effective strategies for high-value programs.
  • Successfully manage and elevate specialists who possess deep expertise in their fields.
  • Take full ownership of campaign performance, addressing underperformance proactively with solutions.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Own Client Results: Oversee monthly ad spend ranging from $20K–$150K across Meta, TikTok, Google & YouTube for 8–10 education clients. You will be directly responsible for CPL reductions, ROAS improvements, and enrollment growth.
  • Be the Strategic Partner Clients Brag About: Lead monthly strategy calls and quarterly business reviews with C-suite clients. Your role involves translating intricate marketing metrics into tangible business impact, building trust and becoming an indispensable partner.
  • Lead Your Pod Like You Mean It: Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 specialists (media buyer, creative strategists, designers). This includes weekly syncs, providing constructive feedback, and fostering genuine professional development to help your team level up quickly.
  • Drive Growth, Not Just Maintenance: Develop comprehensive quarterly growth roadmaps, identify upsell opportunities (e.g., new platforms, creative packages, consulting services), and ensure LURN MEDIA is perceived as a strategic partner, not merely a vendor.
  • Apply our Scroll-to-Enroll Formula: Stay abreast of algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices to ensure clients maintain a proactive, offensive strategy rather than playing catch-up.

  • You require external guidance to identify issues within an ad account.
  • You deliver only positive updates to clients, hoping problems resolve themselves.
  • You claim to have managed people but cannot demonstrate how you fostered their growth.
  • You believe creative strategy is limited to selecting stock photos and writing generic calls to action.
  • You are seeking a relaxed role focused on maintaining the status quo.

This Role IS For You If:

  • You possess 4–5+ years of experience as a Growth, Performance, or Full-Stack Marketer, ideally within an agency setting, with expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, funnels, and landing pages.
  • You have a proven track record of developing creative strategies, briefing designers and editors, and understanding the impact of platform-native content over highly polished corporate videos.
  • You have successfully managed teams of 3–4 individuals, with verifiable achievements in mentorship, process development, and driving results.
  • You have experience with education, high-ticket B2C, SaaS, or info products, particularly those with sales cycles spanning weeks or months.
  • You are a native-level English speaker based within the CET ±2 hours time zone.
  • You demonstrate a systems-thinking approach, having built SOPs, documented processes, and created training materials to achieve scalability.
