The Role: Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative at Lumos, you will be a vital part of the growth engine. You will partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives to generate new business opportunities, break into enterprise accounts, and build a robust pipeline from scratch.
- Own Outbound Prospecting: Drive cold outreach into enterprise accounts through calls, emails, and multi-channel sequences.
- Partner with Account Executives: Identify key decision-makers and develop targeted prospecting strategies.
- Qualify Inbound Interest: Quickly respond to inquiries and route qualified opportunities appropriately.
- Get Creative: Develop distinct, value-based outreach methods and iterate on them.
- Elevate the Team: Share successful approaches to benefit the wider sales team.
- Be the Voice of the Prospect: Provide feedback to continuously improve Lumos's go-to-market strategies.

Compensation & Benefits
OTE: $80,000 - $90,000 (uncapped commission). Benefits include remote work culture with +/-4 hours Pacific Time overlap, comprehensive medical benefits, company bonding trips, optimal WFH setup, flexible PTO, extended parental leave, monthly wellness stipend, and 401k matching.
