Data Analyst Role

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Define data products based on existing data and collected requirements.
• Design the data product and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and software engineers to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Gain expertise in a variety of banking processes and products.
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile development team in a Pan-Baltic, international environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Deep analytical skills.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Iceberg data structures design.
• Experience with any of data warehousing solutions (i.e Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift).
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Airflow or dbt.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.

Advantage:

• Familiarity with BIAN and ISO 20022 standards and protobuf data format.
• Experience within the finance business domain and/or regulatory reporting is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of streaming data pipelines and platforms (Kafka, Spark, Flink).
• Experience with Python, ETL engines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Compensation:

Gross salary: 4000 - 5000 EUR/month, depending on experience and competencies.
