- Define data products based on existing data and collected requirements.
- Design the data product and contract requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and software engineers to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Gain expertise in a variety of banking processes and products.
- Work as part of a cross-functional Agile development team in a Pan-Baltic, international environment.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Deep analytical skills.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Iceberg data structures design.
- Experience with any of data warehousing solutions (i.e Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift).
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Airflow or dbt.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.
Advantage:
- Familiarity with BIAN and ISO 20022 standards and protobuf data format.
- Experience within the finance business domain and/or regulatory reporting is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of streaming data pipelines and platforms (Kafka, Spark, Flink).
- Experience with Python, ETL engines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Compensation:
Gross salary: 4000 - 5000 EUR/month, depending on experience and competencies.Application Instructions:
