Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant - Senior provides comprehensive administrative support to leadership and staff within the assigned department at Luminis Health. This role involves managing a wide array of office functions, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and schedule appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all office functions including document retention, supply inventory, billing, and invoices.
- Coordinate all arrangements for large-scale meetings, including room requests, catering, audiovisual needs, billing, supplies, handouts, visual aid production, speaker confirmation, travel, accommodations, advertising, registration, and evaluation reporting.
- Proficiently type correspondence, reports, forms, graphs, and charts using Microsoft Office applications.
- Compile reports and dashboards from various data sources, collaborating with end-users to ensure data utility and understanding.
- Communicate with various departments to gather data for reports.
- Coordinate all departmental correspondence, process incoming mail, respond to routine inquiries, and screen visitors and calls.
- Prepare, assemble, review, and distribute information for meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Attend meetings, record, transcribe, and distribute minutes as required.
- Arrange travel, meetings, and conferences in accordance with medical center policies.
- Prepare travel itineraries and coordinate communication with relevant agencies and individuals.
- Provide administrative coverage for colleagues and maintain current cross-training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of prior administrative work experience, demonstrating proficiency with various Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.85—$35.77 USD.
