Position Overview
At Lumeris, your future is our future. As a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist, you will shape and expand dynamic learning initiatives. You will design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that empower employees and foster professional and leadership growth. You will also manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and deliver an outstanding New Hire Orientation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update learning materials and training resources.
- Create engaging interactive experiences through various modalities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for accurate and relevant content.
- Facilitate training sessions ensuring effective content delivery.
- Utilize adult learning principles to enhance retention and knowledge transfer.
- Manage LMS and training platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong grasp on adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficient in LMS, e-learning tools, and training technologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Working Conditions
This position is remote with a minimum of 25% travel required.
Compensation and Benefits
The hiring range is between $72,800 and $97,400, with additional performance-based incentives and equity options. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, tax-advantage savings, life and disability insurance, PTO, 401k with company match, employee resource groups, and more.
