Purpose And Job Summary

The primary focus of the Associate, Asset Management position is to provide outstanding service to internal and external clients, while aiding in the administration of a complex servicing portfolio of Fannie Mae loans. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities including administrative, financial, capital, and operational tasks for the portfolio.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor property collateral condition and conduct inspections.
• Review and analyze property financial operations and report findings.
• Manage risk through credit watch list ratings and proper escalations.
• Review loan documents for set-up and compliance follow through.
• Coordinate disbursements, collection calls, and workout monitoring.
• Ensure system changes meet loan documentation and investor requirements.
• Handle tax, insurance, UCC, inspection, and certification tasks.
• Perform additional duties and cross-training as assigned.

Travel & Work Environment

This position requires 10-20% travel. It supports a hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days in-office.

Education, Skills And Experience

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Management or Business preferred.
• Minimum one to two years experience in commercial mortgage servicing or asset management.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform financial analysis and work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant loan servicing systems.
