About the Role

The Techno-Functional Lead – Data Quality & Master Data Management at Lumenalta is responsible for leading initiatives in data quality and master data management within the investment management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead DQ and MDM initiatives within investment management.
  • Design and implement frameworks for reference and security master data.
  • Collaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders to define data models, validation rules, and lineage.
  • Assess and improve current-state data quality controls.
  • Oversee data onboarding, enrichment, and reconciliation processes.
  • Partner with vendor and engineering teams to integrate and enhance platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications aligning with product and regulatory needs.
  • Provide functional expertise and thought leadership to internal and client teams.

Required Experience & Skills

Applicants should have 10+ years experience in data management roles within asset management or technology vendors. Proven expertise in Data Quality and Master Data Management is required along with hands-on experience with platforms such as Informatica MDM, Markit EDM, GoldenSource, S&P, Bloomberg AIM, SimCorp Dimension, SAP MDG, TIBCO EBX, Ataccama ONE, and DQ tools like Ataccama, Informatica, IBM Information Server, and SAP. Strong knowledge in data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and data modeling is essential. Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and API integrations is a plus.
