Your Role

As a Technical Interviewer Lead Data and AI, you will conduct 2nd interviews to test the technical depth of candidates and assess their suitability for available positions. You will coordinate with hiring managers to understand business needs promptly and be a vital part of the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Sr Software engineer experience with languages such as JavaScript, Java, Ruby on Rails, etc.
• At least 5 years of hands-on engineering experience on projects at scale.
• Proven track record in hiring engineers and building teams.
• Experience in high-growth dynamic companies.

Work Arrangement & Salary

This is a 100% remote full-time position, with candidates required to be based in regions aligning with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones.

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, with final compensation determined by qualifications, expertise, experience, and role scope.

Position Details
