What You’ll Do

• Bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers to translate requirements.
• Refine and clarify complex user stories with cross-functional teams.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business rules.
• Identify information gaps, inconsistencies, or edge cases pre-development.
• Maintain clear, version-controlled documentation for system events and workflows.
• Champion documentation quality and traceability across squads.
• Support impact assessments and change analysis across systems.
• Act as the connective tissue between business context and engineering implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• Effective communicator with both business and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.
• Understanding of modern software delivery workflows and system dependencies.
• Experience with enterprise-scale platforms or manufacturing workflows is preferred.

Location

Candidates must work core hours aligned with the UK timezone (GMT ± 1) to ensure real-time collaboration. This is a fully remote position with preference for candidates in the UK, Europe, or GMT to GMT+3 time zones.
