What You’ll Do as a Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers.
• Translate evolving requirements into development-ready stories.
• Refine technical user stories and validate acceptance criteria.
• Identify information gaps and inconsistencies before development.
• Maintain clear documentation for system events and workflows.
• Transition ad hoc notes into version-controlled design documents.
• Champion standards for documentation quality across squads.
• Support impact assessments and change analysis across systems.
• Act as the connective tissue between business context and engineering implementation.

• Communicate effectively with both business and engineering teams.
• Display strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Understand modern software delivery workflows and system dependencies.
• Preferably have experience with enterprise-scale platforms or manufacturing workflows.

Location & Work Hours

This is a fully remote position requiring full UK business hours (GMT/BST) for real-time collaboration. Preference is given to candidates based in the UK, Europe, or other regions within GMT to GMT+3 time zones.
