What You’ll Do
As a Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution. You will work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers to translate evolving requirements into development-ready stories, clarify business logic, and strengthen platform understanding across teams.
- Refine complex or technical user stories with cross-team collaboration.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria aligned with business rules.
- Identify information gaps and inconsistencies before development.
- Maintain clear, current documentation for system events and workflows.
- Transition working boards and ad hoc notes into version-controlled design documentation.
- Champion documentation quality and traceability across squads.
- Support impact assessments and change analysis across systems and data flows.
- Act as the connective tissue between business context and engineering implementation.
What We’re Looking For
You should thrive in complex technical environments, communicate effectively with both business and engineering teams, and possess strong analytical and documentation skills. Experience with enterprise-scale platforms or manufacturing workflows is preferred.
Location & Work Schedule
This position is fully remote, but candidates must work core UK business hours (GMT/BST). Preference is given to candidates in the UK, Europe, or regions within GMT to GMT+3 time zones.
