What We're Working On
As a Sr. Product Designer, you will identify business goals and develop use cases for diverse user personas. You'll then translate these into intuitive web and mobile designs using Figma, incorporating regular feedback. Where feasible, you'll leverage user study tools to refine designs, ultimately helping businesses achieve their objectives. Our projects typically involve millions of users or millions of dollars, featuring complex use cases with multiple interdependencies. Experience operating at this scale is essential.
Your Team
You will typically serve as the sole designer, collaborating closely with a team of developers on one side and the product owner on the other. Your ability to engage with stakeholders, grasp complex concepts, and rapidly translate them into designs will be key.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio.
- Senior-level experience of at least 4 years in developing digital products across various mediums, including web and mobile.
- Proven participation in the full design cycle, delivering world-class, pixel-perfect designs.
- Superior English fluency, both verbal and written.
- Personality traits: Professional, problem solver, proactive, with meticulous attention to detail.

Job Details
This is a 100% remote position. Please ensure you have a comfortable office setup at your desired work location.
The salary range for this role is CA$97,000 - CA$154,000 annually, with final compensation based on your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in regions aligning with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to facilitate effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
