The projects at Lumenalta typically involve large scales, impacting millions of users or millions of dollars. The use cases are complex and feature multiple interdependencies, requiring proven experience at this scale.

Your Team

You will generally operate as the sole designer, working closely with a team of skilled developers and collaborating directly with the product owner. Your ability to communicate effectively with the business, grasp complex concepts, and rapidly translate them into high-quality designs will be key to your success.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of senior-level experience developing digital products across various mediums, including web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven participation in the full design cycle, delivering world-class, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Superior English fluency, both verbal and written.
  • Possess professional, problem-solver, proactive, and detail-oriented personality traits.

Why Lumenalta is an Amazing Place to Work

At Lumenalta, you can expect to:

  • Be 100% dedicated to one project at a time, allowing for deep focus, skill enhancement, innovation, and growth.
  • Join a team of talented and friendly senior-level developers.

  • A professional development fund to support skill and knowledge enhancement.
  • 15 days of paid time off annually.
