What You’ll Do
As a Solutions Architect Financial Services, you will be a trusted advisor and technical authority for all solution design in this domain. You will work alongside engineering leads, product teams, and system integrators to architect and govern scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.
- Develop and articulate current-state and future-state architectures.
- Define and govern solution patterns in compliance with standards.
- Partner with product teams to evaluate and introduce emerging technologies.
- Provide architectural guidance from ideation to implementation.
- Represent architecture in governance forums to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence business and technology outcomes.
- Contribute to transformation roadmaps and long-term technology direction.
- Participate in vendor selection and RFI/RFP processes.
- Challenge status quo to drive innovative approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end credit processes and e-commerce or retail credit models.
- Experience governing solutions within an architectural function.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan and rationalize project goals from limited information.
- Awareness of IT industry trends with a technology-neutral approach.
- Decisiveness and confidence in presenting solutions.
Nice to Have
- AWS experience and AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with domains like finance, procurement, HR, security, or logistics.
- Understanding of modern techniques such as API-first design, Cloud Native, containerization, and PaaS on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Agile product teams supporting continuous delivery.
