Original Job Summary
Position Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer. You will collaborate closely with team members to develop and maintain software applications and production infrastructure. The role involves contributions to front-end, back-end, APIs, testing, CI/CD, AWS production infrastructure, and participation in on-call rotations ensuring continuous service availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop front-end applications using ReactJS and Apollo GraphQL Client or similar
- Build back-end services using Python, GraphQL, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda and ECS
- Monitor, operate, and optimize production infrastructure
- Contribute to code quality via automated testing at unit and end-to-end levels
- Collaborate in a team environment and participate in on-call rotations
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with Python and React
- Expertise in ReactJS and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong backend development skills with Python and GraphQL
- Experience with AWS services including DynamoDB, Lambda, and ECS
- Sound understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
- Proven experience in automated testing (unit to end-to-end)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
