Job Description
About Lumenalta
Lumenalta operates at the intersection of marketing technology and software engineering, helping our clients design, modernize, and scale their digital ecosystems. We partner closely with organizations to implement robust MarTech platforms that enable growth, personalization, and measurable performance — while also supporting teams through change and transformation.
We are seeking a Martech Lead to step into a highly visible leadership role on a key client engagement. This person will act as both a technical authority and team stabilizer, guiding MarTech strategy, advising on best practices, and helping re-energize teams during a period of transition.
Role Overview
As a Martech Lead, you will be responsible for technical leadership, architectural guidance, and team enablement across the client’s marketing technology stack. This role is lead-first, hands-on-when-needed, focused on advising, guiding, and unblocking teams rather than owning all day-to-day implementation. You will serve as the face of MarTech for the engagement, working closely with client stakeholders, internal engineers, and cross-functional partners to ensure clarity, confidence, and forward momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the MarTech lead and primary technical advisor for the client engagement
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance across the MarTech ecosystem, including:
- Storyblok (governance, content modeling, best practices)
- Segment or Tealium CDP
- Broader marketing and analytics tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Iterable, Salesforce)
- Lead and support engineers through:
- Platform integrations and migrations
- Data flow design, validation, and governance
- Ensure marketing data is clean, secure, and reliably routed to enable personalization, analytics, and lead management
- Partner with engineering and product teams to align MarTech solutions with broader platform architecture
- Rebuild momentum and engagement within a team that has experienced frequent change
- Step in hands-on when needed to:
- Review implementations
- Unblock complex technical challenges
- Validate architectural decisions
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a MarTech Lead, Tech Lead, or senior advisory role
- Deep working knowledge of Segment and/or Tealium CDP
- Strong familiarity with Storyblok, particularly in an advisory or governance capacity
- Solid technical foundation in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js) — sufficient to:
- Review code and solutions
- Challenge technical decisions
- Experience integrating CDPs with platforms such as HubSpot, Iterable, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through high-pressure, high-change environments
- Strong communication skills and comfort acting as a highly visible client-facing lead
Salary
Salary range: $60, 000 - $146,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
Benefits
In addition to competitive pay, we offer a variety of benefits to support your professional and personal growth, including:
- Flexible working hours in a remote environment.
- Health insurance (medical and dental) for W2 Employees.
- 401K Contribution.
- A professional development fund to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- 15 days of paid time off annually.
- Access to soft-skill development courses to further your career.
