Role Overview
The Marketing Analyst role focuses on analyzing and standardizing marketing data, building out reporting frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will work with tools including Amplitude, Google Looker, SQL, Segment, and Tableau to analyze data logs, create segment reports, and develop automated dashboards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to support automation efforts, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate data flows across platforms such as HubSpot and Iterable.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize and streamline marketing reporting across platforms.
- Analyze data logs to uncover trends and insights.
- Build segment-level reporting and performance dashboards.
- Design, automate, and maintain dashboards for ongoing reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance.
- Support marketing automation in HubSpot and Iterable.
- Partner with sales and operations for data consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing analytics or related role.
- Proficiency with Amplitude, Google Looker, SQL, Segment, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Iterable.
- Familiar with CRM integrations (Salesforce a plus).
- Background in building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and campaign performance analysis.
